The race carried out by the Moto Club Segre, Oliana Off Road, which is already a benchmark in the world of enduro, will be safer with the installation of defibrillators along the route
Oliana Off Road will have eleven defibrillators this year, nine of them mobile, thus making the race cardioprotected. This pioneering action in the world of Spanish motorcycling is an agreement between the Neosalus company and the Moto Club Segre for the benefit of the health of all participants and spectators of the event.
Last year they already had defibrillators along the route but this year they have doubled the equipment. The defibrillators will be located as follows:
- Two fixed in the paddock area, in front of the Oliana Town Hall
- Nine mobiles behind the backs of the organization’s marshalls who will travel the 75 km of the route by motorcycle
Club staff have received the necessary training in first aid and in the use of defibrillators.
